SHIPPING & DELIVERY We strive to make our services flexible and convenient for each customer.  The option for shipping or self-collection is seamlessly integrated into the checkout process, allowing you to order product(s) online and self-collect your items or have them delivered to you. We offer free delivery within Singapore for orders above $100/-. Shipping - All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days of realisation of payment. While you can expect delivery of the order within 2-3 business days the same is dependent upon the courier. All international orders are processed within 2 business day of realisation of payment. You can expect delivery of the order within 7-10 business days. All taxes & import duties, if any, are to be borne by the buyer. Self-collection - For self-collection, please use the Whatsapp tool available on the website to schedule for pick-up and is strictly by appointment only. Important: Purchased product(s) will need to be collected within the next 3 working days from the date of purchase. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY At Chosen Goods, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. Chosen Goods is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on wecare@chosengoods.co (For product, shipment related & other queries). Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Chosen Goods. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. Once your return/exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days. No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
